Sorry for the delay, i phoned them and the lady said it had been printed on the tuesday? She said i should receive it within 48 hours, however that would of been friday?? I received the old passport back on Thursday with the cut edges but still no new passport? I dont really know what to do? What courier compny do they use? I live in a flat so if they come when i am not in they wont be able to post it as they wont get through main door? So i kind of need to know what day they are intending to deliver to make sure i am in?? I have never been so stressed.....But the people at Durham really helped so thank you for the number and i would recommend all to do the same.....0

If you haven't received it by Monday phone the customer services number again and they should help you. The courier will require a signature if the address is a flat.0

If it helps at all, I got my replacement passport back from them today - it came with DHL I think (yellow van?).
I hope you got yours too.0
