I feel as though we missed out, a third party petitioned for our bky ("bless their little cotton socks") so we didn't have to attend court; it sounds quite exciting

We're actually related by marriage to the judge who did the deed; would have been funny if we had gone

Things will definitely get better. It`s only a matter of time once you have had your hearing.
I look at DS 1 who is 12 this year. You tell me where that time has gone. It`s over in a flash.
Remeber too that ( as far as we know) we only get one go at life so why spend it with a mountain of worry - regardless of the circumstances surrounding the situation.

In my opinion, there are a lot of people out there who would like to go down the BR route for peace of mind but just have too many assets. Look at yourself as being in the lucky minority :T

Good point - well made. And here's to everyone who makes up that lucky minority, and the new members joining this week. I must say though, at current rates of new membership, the club won't be quite so exclusive.:rolleyes:

Hi guys!
Went BR on Fri 23rd and just realised as I lay on the floor playing with my 1 year old and 3 year old that that is exactly what I was doing, playing. I havent played with them in ages, I have been too worried and stressed. We are waiting for the OR, but already I look at my kids faces and feel blessed, lucky and content.
I even managed to argue with the Education Welfare Officer and fight for my son! She didn't quite no what to make of me today!
