Ebay Refund Woes!

On 18th July I sold two mascaras to a buyer from the USA. I advertised the item as MaxFactor 2000 Calorie Dramatic Look Volume Mascara in Black because when I bought the item (from Boots online) that's the item that I ordered and the packaging was similar and so.
The buyer has just contacted me saying that on the actual item it states MaxFactor 2000 Calorie Mascara Dramatic Volume Mascara not Dramatic Look mascara.

The is very similar to the item I sold. The only difference with the one I sold was that instead of saying Dramatic Look it says Dramatic Volume.

The buyer is now demanding a full refund and wants additional postage paid (to return the item) because she is stating that it is an error on my half that I sent the wrong item, ect.
Anyone got any ideas on what to do? I am going to be £7 out of pocket if I refund her the postage costs to send the item back.

If the two mascaras are completely different then that is your error and you would lose any dispute should she open one.
Ebay cannot force you to refund the return postage, so I think what you need to decide is how important your selling account is to you - would you rather lose out on the postage and keep your feedback glowing, or make buyer pay it and receive a neg and trashed stars (which is what is likely to happen should you choose to refuse).0 -

Looking at sales of this item i would refund her and tell her to keep it. It is not going to be in your benefit surely to pay £7 to get it back to resell for probably less than that. Annoying I knowOn the way to ZERO!!
