Buying a car, possible with credit card?

You sound alright, would worry about your mates job in Dubai though, that lack of oil has been hurting them for the last couple of years.0

If it's 0%, then min payments are fine as long as OP is disciplined.
Even at 0% you must have the self-discipline to pay the credit card the same amount as the loan repayments would have been.
You do not want to have a car loan hanging around your neck for many years. You do not want the car to fall apart before you finish paying for it - that is a way to debt troubles if you borrow more money to buy another car.
+ Your 0% deal will not last forever - any amounts paid off now mean less interest to pay for the future0
