Hello All,
We are wanting to put in an offer on a house we seen at the weekend, it's in Falkirk and we need a solicitor. Anyone any recommendation and guide of the percentage for the offers over for the area. We are moving up form England so we'd like to get organised asap with our new home.

never used them but theres one called turnbulls which is based in stenhousemuir, my mate at works brother does some work for them and recommended them to me when i was looking0
