Baffling pile of Egg screen prints

Hello, just wondered if anyone could help. My SAR request to Egg has come though, with a massive pile of computer screen print-outs (with loan info on them) and loads of credit card statements. There are no loan agreement paperwork though. I've looked through until my eyes hurt, but can't see any reference to PPI on them at all. Does anyone know how to decipher these computer screen shots for evidence of PPI? They mention 'additional disbursements' on the screen shot for the loan agreement, is this PPI? They also give a contact phone number to discuss, will they fess up over the phone? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks Guys!

Could be but could also be arrangement fees. The amount should given an indication. They also give a contact phone number to discuss, will they fess up over the phone?
Yes. It is a very simple question to which you will get a very simple answer. Did I have PPI on this loan? yes/no.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
I rang the number and eventually managed to speak to someone and (shocker!) he wasn't able to give me a straight answer. He mentioned writing to their PPI team at Egg. Should I write and simply ask 'Did I pay PPI?'? They clearly still have all my details going back to 2002. The guy I spoke to said they should have sent copies of all loan agreements which, surprise, surprise, they neglected to do. Any other advice on next steps?
Cheers!0 -
I've found the acronym 'a & s' on a loan agreement print screen. Theres no number next to it, but could that be accident and sickness? If so, is that the same as PPI?0
