Hi I hope someone can helpme, I gave my car to a " friend" to arrange to sell for me as he saidhe knew someone who was interested in buying the car, This was over threemonths ago and he will not give it me back or any money for the car. I’m stillthe registered keeper and I have even received a speeding ticket since he hashad it. Can I call the police? What’s the best course of action? Really needadvice. • Yes as far as I know he is insuredI think he is using a trader’s policy to insure the car? Unfortunately I gave himthe only keys so going to get is off him is not an option L Is itnot a crime if I have repeatedly ask for it back?

Break the window, get it towed back. You'd need to change the locks etc of course afterwards.

Really depends what it is worth.

also, how have you asked for it back? For example have you had another, large friend, give you a lift round his house, waited for him to come home and then taken the keys off him as he gets out of the car?

    5t.
What if there was no such thing as a rhetorical question?
