FAILED Payment of the 18185 invoice

I have this problem every month at work (pay by dd) but not at home (pay by credit card). At work, the first month both 1899 and 18185 collected the direct debit without any problem but never again. They were not interested in resolving it so at the moment I have to send a BACS payment as soon as I get the Failed Payment email, then they receive the money just in time to avoid cutting off the service. Not a very satisfactory workaround.0
