Quidco - Anyone else been waiting for Ocado cashback since Feb/March?

In Feb or March this year (been so long now I can't remember exactly), I was alerted on here to a cashback deal with Ocado through Quidco. As I was a member of Quidco I ordered the shopping through them. I believe it was for about £75 or £90 worth of shopping, with £15 off from Ocado, and £15 off from Quidco.

Ocado knocked the £15 off the bill, but up till now, even after raising a claim with Quidco on 10th of April I am still waiting for the £15 cashback through them.

Anyone else experiencing these problems with Quidco?

It won't help you, but you prompted me to check, and I'm still waiting for £42.50 of Hastings Direct car insurance cashback from February!
  • Check that it didn't say new customers only. It usually does, but it's worth checking in any case.

My Quidco's up to date, well, all bar £2.60. The insurance companies seem to be some of the slowest payers.
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

    Good luck VT82.
At least someone is looking into it for you now.
Shame Quidco or Ocado arent offering to do the same.

Yep! I go to raise a claim about it, and it says they already know, and are "on the case"..

  • I had trouble getting my Quidco cashback on my Ocado deal. Got it only because I chased Quidco but had to wait several months for it. There are 3 other items in my Quidco account which have not been paid and I queried them months ago but no progress to date - I haven't had the time to chase them up recently. I did tell them I would not be putting any more purchases through Quidco until the outstanding items are cleared up. And I haven't - I use Top Cashback who I find are very reliable.

I've been waiting for £50 cashback from Hastings since March. The ironic thing is that Quidco has a 'faster paying' note by the side...I'd hate to see how long a slow payer takes lol :)
