I consider that sort of thing disgusting and a kick in the teeth to people who are honest with their income levels so end up having to pay the full IPA.
Me too - also worth noting that the OP appeared to be "in cahoots" with their boss, so I can only assume they have fallen out recently and this is the real reason why they want to leave.0 -

Ah, so we appear to have a "high possibility", to use the words of the OP, that they have been assisting their employer in doing these things. I wondered why they were worried about being prosecuted, since you won't get prosecuted for something you haven't done. Rats and sinking ships, eh???0 -

Certainly not "in cahoots", the transactions were passed off by the management as genuine but new information suggests that this is not the case.
BTW taking advantage of a situation legally is not the same as deliberate tax evasion otherwise 99% of small limited company directors would be doing time by now. In any case this theoretical scenario is clearly now not going to happen.0
