bank account been closed will i still get paid?

i recieved a letter today from my bank stating that my account has been closed. i am due to sign on tomorrow (tuesday) if i call my local job centre today(monday) and tell them the circumstances,will i still get paid on friday (by giro cheque)???

    Yes you need to ring today and ask them to remove your bank account details from your claim and ask to be paid by giros untill you can open another bank account.....
    Just explain that the bank has closed your account
  • just spoke to a lovely lady at local job centre and they are temporarily paying me via giro cheque :D very happy thanks again mikey bach..very much appreciated
