Parking Eye - still ignorable?

Hello,
Having moved house recently I just got FINAL NOTICE (3rd letter) from Parking Eye, forwarded to my new address. Letters 1 & 2 didn't catch up with me.
Can you confirm that the position is still the same as previous helpful posts regarding Parking Eye? i.e. if I ignore them they will go away and are still not issueing any court proceedings?
Thanks for your advice...

Since the landmark case in May, only the car park owners can take anyone to court. PPCs can still try to trick you into paying, though.
Check the letters thread to see how many more there could be to go.The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

Yes, my letter is as letter 3 scanned to the thread... so I guess I'll wait it out and expect one or two more.
Thanks for confirming these scammers can still be ignored.
I guess they may get their act together at some stage to appropriately "represent" the land owner, or threaten to bring actions on their behalf. The set letters they are sending at present appear unenforceable even under the May changes in case law that you discuss.
Thanks for giving me the resolve to ignore!0 -
They may well seek to change the nature of their relationship with the landowners, but really they only have two choices:
(i) They accept that they are merely the landowner's agent - but for this to work the landowner would also have to accept it, and I can't see any landowner who has an inkling of the kind of people he is dealing with falling for that one! Could get him into all manner of unwanted hassle and hot water.
(ii) They get the landowner to grant them a licence to occupy. Even less chance of a landowner going for that one! Would anyone in their right mind want P|key Parking Ltd. squatting on their land as-of-right?Je suis Charlie.0
