Worried they are going to cancel my car insurance
fto

I have been with E-car insurance for a few years now, never had a problem. My last insurance with them ended about three weeks ago,I let it expire & started a new insurance with them the next day ( to earn cashback). They have asked for a copy of my driving licence & ncb.I did email them asking if they really needed these, because my last insurance was with them, but have had no reply. Then last week i get a recorded letter giving me sevens days to email them or they will cancel,so i have emailed the docs twice & still no reply.I tried to phone, but was hold for five minutes & its a £1 a minute so i gave up.Anyone got any advice?

I would send a copy recorded delivery, So you have proof of them receiving it.
I wouldnt trust email unless they acknowledged receipt of it.
When was the letter dated though? Check the ASKMID website to see if its showing as insured.
If not get it off the road quickly.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
