Virgin Media TV Broadband Services

Why is it that Virgin Media can not get there act together with there TV and broadband packages. Over the past month we have had to call them on numerous occasions about the interference on the TV or the broadband is so slow that it can take up to 20mins to load. All we ever get is well switch the boxes off and power them back up and this will fix the problem. If this does not then they will send an engineer to fix the problems. The engineers call and say the engineer that came before them did not know what he was doing.
So why do the engineers not know what they are doing?
Why does the TV service and broadband service keep crashing, working slow or subject to interference?
Does anybody know how to resolve these issues with virgin media?

Have you had an engineer out to check it as yet?
Anytime mine goes down it's because the local oinks have opened the box in the street to turn their own house on, then rain gets into the box  Dunno why, but this time they seem to have it locked :T and the oinks haven't been able to get into it.
Ofc then there's the usual outages that can happen from time to time.4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
not really sure why you posted in the credit card section?
best way to get resolutions(or at least answers) is through the VM customer forum in my experience
