Best card for taking out cash abroad?

Either a debit card or credit card is fine — for use at ATMs.
Any suggestions?
I know N&P have it, but I'd have to migrate my account there. Aqua is probably bad for that, as is Halifax Clarity, right?
Update: I got myself a Metro Bank debit card — I think it's the best option as I can take out cash from ATMs abroad and not pay any fee like with the other credit cards.
Any suggestions?

N&P is probably the best one for withdrawing cash as there is no withdrawing interest charges.0

Thanks

Hmm...
...how would it work if I live in London and there aren't any branches of theirs here.
I'm considering either getting N&P, or a Nationwide Flex (with a Credit Card for spending abroad)
Nationwide Flex also gives the travel insurance...0 -
Nationwide used to be the best debit card. Don't think it's free any more though.0

Thanks

if you live in london, metro bank is pretty much a no brainer.0 -
Ah they have it too for their debit card?!
Nice.
Are there any minimum requirements? I wouldn't want to move all my stuff over...0 -

I use Halifax Clarity Credit card for cash withdrawls at ATMS.
I have set up direct debit to settle the full statement, but for cash withdrawls, I pay the card as soon as possible, without waiting for the statement to minimise the interest charges. You can do this on line, handy if you take your laptop/tablet & have free wi-fi at the hotel.0
