Medical Cash Back Plans

Not sure if this is the correct place to post ... does anyone know if it is ok to have more than one medical cash plan with two different companies? Obviously you can't claim back more than the total you have paid for something but say you need new glasses and can only get £100 back with one company, can you claim back the other £100 with a different cash plan? Any advice/info would be greatly appreciated. THank you.
