in response to the question ' was the ticket issued for overstaying' the answer is yes and no, you can park free for 30mins apparently but i was there for 48mins, i didn't purchase a ticket because i thought blue badge holders could park for free.:(

...and they can - or at least disabled people can take longer than able-bodied people! Read the answers & links, the BB scheme is irrelevant.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

<snip> The Blue Badge scheme doesn’t apply to private car parks. Anyone, who’s disabled under the terms of The Equality Act 2010 can use a disabled parking bay. If they’re also Blue Badge holders, they don't need to display it. The Equality Act doesn't say that able-bodied drivers can't also use disabled parking bays. OK, maybe they shouldn't, but they can. Doing so probably contravenes the terms & conditions for the car park, which usually state that you shouldn't park in a disabled bay without displaying a Blue Badge. This, in itself, contravenes The Equality Act. <snip>

Then you continue to ignore them.

As stated in the handbook given when you get a BB - Blue Badges DO NOT have any relevence in private car parks.

One car park local to me states you display an appropriate blue badge, I fancy taking my disabled mother in law and displaying

It is a blue badge is it not ?

You start a thread about AMPCO Parking Solutions Limited, instead of hijacking one about a totally different company.

Otherwise, the answer is absolutely no different - The Blue Badge scheme does not apply here, so go and read your handbook! Then IGNORE and forget about them! :)

And you can help everyone else by arranging to have any letters they send you uploaded here - See the Letter chain thread for etails. :)
