Hamper Draw Rules, Terms & Conditions.

[*]Entries are limited to one per person.
[*]Entrants must be 18 years or over and resident in the UK. (Employees of Lavida Food Limited and members of their households and immediate families are excluded from entry.)

Entries will be accepted 1st Aug, 2012 to midnight 31st Aug, 2012

• The entry form must be completed in full and all compulsory information requested must be supplied. Any illegible, mutilated, altered, corrupted or multiple entries may be disqualified. Late or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
  
• “Lavida Food Ltd and Lavida Food Ltd T/A “Gluten Free Food Market” (hereafter referred to as just Lavida Food Limited) reserves the right to verify the eligibility and age of all entrants.
  
• Proof of submission or of posting of a form will not constitute proof of delivery and no responsibility will be accepted for lost, corrupted, delayed or mislaid entries. Any entries received before or after the competition dates will be automatically disqualified.

[*]All correct entries will be entered into a draw which will take place within fourteen days of the closing date.

[*]Winners will be notified by email within fourteen days of the draw taking place.

[*]The winners are required to notify Lavida Food Ltd (or the Gluten Free Food Market) of the acceptance of their prize within 14 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period, or if the person is not contactable, or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, Lavida Food Ltd reserves the right to forfeit the prize or to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. In such a case the first winner chosen shall not be eligible for any share of the prize whatsoever. Lavida Food Limited shall not have any liability in such eventuality.

[*]Prizes are non transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Lavida Food reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

[*]By entering the competition/ draw, you give permission to use personal information in connection with the draw, for promotional purposes. If you are a winner, receipt of prizes is conditional upon complying with competition rules. All winners are required to give their full co-operation to all requests by Lavida Food in connection with publicity for the competition/ draw, the prize or otherwise.

[*]Winners details will be published in various magazines, on the websites of Lavida Food, Gluten Free Food Market and Bobs Red Mill.

[*]It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. Lavida Food reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions of the competition.

[*]The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into or comment issued on any matters concerning the draw.

[*]Lavida Food Ltd shall have the right, at their discretion, to amend the rules of the competition or add to them while it is running if it appears to them that it would be equitable or appropriate to do so, including the extension of the closing date. Any amendments or changes will be published on the relevant competition entry page at the first reasonable opportunity. A copy of these terms and conditions may also be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Lavida Food’s registered office (details below).

[*]Lavida Food Limited will not be liable for any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent the competition being fulfilled, a winner or winners being chosen, or any prize being taken up or fully enjoyed by a winner. Lavida Food Limited excludes liability to the extent permitted by law for any cost, claims or losses howsoever caused that arise by reason of any person's entry into a competition or the award, or non award, to them of a prize. In the event of any error, whether printing, technological or otherwise, which affects the competition in any way, the Judges reserve the right to administer the competition as though the error had not occurred.

[*]Names of prize winners will be available on receipt of a request enclosing a stamped addressed envelope to: Lavida Food Limited, Office Suite 1, Woodcockhill Road, Meelick, Co Clare, Ireland and this information may be published on the website at the promoter’s discretion.

[*]Entrants, by entering this competition/ draw, agree to have their contact details added to Gluten Free Food Market registration database and to receive communications with information or carefully selected commercial opportunities from Lavida Food Limited, the Gluten Free Food Market or agents on their behalf. Your details can be removed from this list at anytime upon receipt of your request to do so.

[*]Lavida Food Limited and Lavida Food T/A Gluten Free Food Market will hold any personal details it is entitled to hold on its own or a duly authorised agent's registered database for the purposes of optimising its editorial and commercial offering to readers and website users, actual or potential. Entrants may also be asked to indicate their consent to have that data used from time to time by other carefully selected organisations who may be licensed by Lavida Food Limited to use it.

[*]Lavida Food Limited accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the draw or accepting the prize.

[*]Lavida Food Limited further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Competition.
