stainless steel to match

can I ask your opinion. I`m looking to have a stainless steel splashback on one wall in my kitchen. What colout of worktop would match best with this. For example, I can choose betweem.... black with speckle of white, dark wood, silver, or something else

thanks

I think it's fair to say that the stainless steel will match anything. I would use stainless steel elsewhere to tie in the look, but I'd get a worktop that looked good against the cupboard doors and floors.

Cream looks great with a black worktop
Cream also looks good with wood.
Oak looks good with black worktop.

    Not a fan of cherry.

If your kitchen has loads of natural light then up to you, if a bit dark, then cream & black/wood.

I think the SS will look good with all these, & you will have SS sink, tap, door handles?

Upstands look nice too, especially as you are using no tiles at all.
