Hi
I've been away for a few weeks and have returned to find that Cap One have closed my account as I defaulted on 2 payments. They gave me a tel no to call and it won't accept calls at the weekend only Monday to Friday. They are threatening to sell my debt and get door to door guys round.
What can I do? Please help, thanks

Well the obvious thing would be to pay it off. If you defaulted on two payments that would mean at least eight weeks ago you was advised of the first payment0
