Looks like they now want to pay CTC....

For the period 2011/12 we were overpaid WTC and CTC as we underestimated our income by 9k so now have a nasty overpayment to repay. For the current period 2012/13 we were not entitled to any payments as salary too high however I have recently notified them of chance in circumstances:

Me, job lost and not entitled to job seekers.
OH, started Ltd company and paying himself minimum wage plus dividends. Total income for year estimated at 17k.
One child.

As a result of notifying them of the above we are now entitled to receive payments. However would much sooner the payments go towards last years overpayments but will speak to them about this. Now OH is worried that the estimate is too low. As we are new to Ltd company and dividends payments I am seeking information from those in the know. I have read a little this morning that we would be able to leave funds in account as unpaid dividends, is this correct? TIA
