Buyer messaged me this morning saying their account was restricted and therefore they couldn't send me payment. Would I send my Paypal address so they can make payment directly through Paypal?
Not sure what to do so advice appreciated please.

It is very unusual to get a buyers account restricted, but it won't matter to you if you send them a direct paypal invoice, youu'll need their email address though.
Just be careful about fake 'you have received payment' emails.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. soolin with confirm but i think you need to be careful on the delivery address.
Ignore the ebay one and only send to the paypal one that sends the payment.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
No - don't ignore the eBay one. Use the one on the Paypal transaction page, not on the account. For a number of years now eBay have transferred the transaction address to Paypal, which means that any other address is eBay is valid even though it might be a guest address.
For example when I order pizza from my boyfriend's house and pay by Paypal, they deliver to his address because Domino's transfer his address, input at checkout, to the transaction page. eBay do something similar."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

Thanks guys.
I think she's mucking me around now anyway.
Sent an invoice yesterday after she gave me her email address and still no payment as yet.
I swear this item is jinxed. It's all ready been in one NPB dispute, looks like it will be in another soon! *sigh*0 -
Check your listing is absolutely watertight. Sometimes when buyers fail to follow through on one item multiple times it is being oversold, or they are realising after the event that it's not what they realised it was.
Make sure the photo is crystal clear and the description is concise and all your terms are visible. I know it's not your fault that people drop out at this stage, but it's quite often a weakness in the listing that discourages people from completing because they bid in a rush thinking the item is something and then have an "oops" moment when they work out it's something else.
Obviously if buyers bid they should then complete, and always do the strikes etc. if they just disappear or string you along, but there's no harm in doing the above, just to make sure it's not your item that's the problem."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

No, the photo and description are clear etc.
I think I've just been unlucky with two awkward buyers.
The first was a relative newbie, registered since the end of Jan this year. There doesn't appear to have been any activity on their account, well before they bid on my item, or since.
This second one....... I do not know. I just have a feeling that they are stringing me along.
If I don't receive payment by 9.00pm tonight I'll open a NPB case.0
