New bill not yet issued following meter readings

I supplied meter readings to Co-Op energy on 23rd July and as yet they still have not issued a new bill.

Is this normal?

    If the reading was out of tolerance with any supplier, it will error out for manual investigation.

    Then its a question of how much investigation it takes and backlogs.

    All you can do is ask really.

    You will get a bill when the 3 month bill is due.
