My first voucher took a while to come through, I lost count of how many surveys I'd done, as some were duplicates.

I've recently done 2 more, so am hoping for more surveys, so I can get another one.

I have only been with them for about 6 months,didnt get any surveys for ages,perhaps its because I,m over 60 ,lol,but I,ve been getting cleaning surveys recently

yes, they send you an email saying something like this:

We have received your completed questionnaire and the Membership Contract –> Commitments to Confidentiality » approved and we thank you for your trust and support.

they only send the perfume out when they send new questionnaires to fill out which is usually around February / March time.

It's a 'thank you' for your previous (full) years service with them.

It isn't guaranteed that you get it - some people have got it and others have missed out in previous years.

I have just received my 2nd Capital Bonds voucher. Very pleased, as did well over 5 surveys before getting my first, and have done at least another 3 since. Looks like they've finally caught up with how many I've done! :j:T:D

I got a survey link, it asked if I had a cat, I said no and it threw me out. Perhaps they are doing a range of perfumes for cats and looking for felines to test them!
