I emailed them saying that I was still waiting fot the shampoo & conditioner and they emailed back saying that there must be a problem with the post office so I assume its not coming now

This is a copy of there reply which doesnt really help as they arent saying whether its being re sent or if its lost?

From that I read they have sent once.

I would say that is a strong possibility as a week ago my lazy post man put a card through the door (when I was in) to say they were unable to deliver a signed for package (the free perfume this year), as the service is now automated rather than go directly to my local sorting office it was two more days before they could re deliver :mad:

Not saying that you have had a missed delivery but I bet the fault / delay lies with the delivery and not the dispatch as Givaudan are pretty good at sending things out!

Not that I got an invite to this one

My shampoo and conditioner arrived three days after the trial started so it certainly appears there was a problem with the deliveries as they usually make sure you have your products in time for the start date

I got my perfume today!!! J'adore!! So pleased - I LOVE it but can never afford it!!

Anyone know what the selection criteria is for getting a perfume gift?

I've been a member for a few years now and complete every trial I'm invited to so I'm not sure what else I should do. Would feel a bit cheeky emailing them I think!

Doesn't hurt to ask they are quite a helpful site and come back to you really quickly (this is my first year with them and was surprised to receive a bottle of perfume, at first thought it was a tester).

Let us know what they say.
