im a first timer buyer ive had an offer accepted on a propety, i need a solicitor and ive had 2 quotes 1) at £999,68 an one at £1200 just wondering if anyone could recommend a good one an abit cheaper

We've just paid about £900 for purchase only, but don't begrudge it at all as seem v competent and handling the complexities of septic tanks etc well. Those quotes are on the higher side (But what do they include/ not include?)
Not too far from Liverpool so guess rates are similar.0 -
Try a quote (should be cheaper than those) from our preferred solicitors (Drummonds - Chester - contact Geth Lloyd).
Mid range price - excellent service - have used them for over 5 years and always been spot on.
