Fancy going on holiday alone, but whats the best places to go to? Keep in mind I don't do far out adventures

Would you fancy signing up for a week-long residential course doing something you're interested in/a bit different? e.g. there are courses on making kayaks, or dry stone walling, or woodwork... or even some eco/green skills course, or something.... where you get to do stuff and meet people also doing it.0
