What does it cost to sell a leasehold flat in Manchester, priced at 100k roughly, these days? I'm looking for estate agents charges for selling.
Also what would the solicitors costs be roughly?

An estate agents fee should be the same regardless of whether it is leasehold/freehold.
Call some agents up and ask for the their fees on a 100k property. Most in my area now operate on fixed fee on marketing/sale price rather than a percentage these days. I dont know what it is like in other areas.
Solciitors will charge more to sell a leasehold property than a freehold property due to the amount of work they incur. Usually it is also based on the value of the property you are selling but extra costs will incur if your management company are difficult
Again, call round some local ones and ask based on the value of your flat.£2 Savers Club #156!
Looking for holiday ideas for 2016. Currently, Isle of Skye in March, Riga in May, Crete in June and Lake District in October. August cruise cancelled, but Baby due September 2016! :j0 -

Do you mean £2500 just for the EA fees ? That seems far too much. When I sold in Manchester, we were charged 1% but even below £100k with a fixed charge it would be nowhere near 2.5%0

Sounds like a Countrywide Agent. Although 2.5% does seem high even for them!
Around here the corporates - Haart, Countrywide, Your Move and their subsideries charge approx 2%
That said, areas are very dependant on fees - there are some areas where 1% is more common than not£2 Savers Club #156!
