Doubt anyone can shed any light on this one:
"Hello, that is scarcely,i can the article mo. or.di.pay.Thanks for your understand:)"
I opened a NPB case on this buyer on 1st August - she bought a BIN from me on 17th July and won an auction on 24th July.
Initially she emailed to ask whether it was ok to wait until the auction ended to pay for the 1st item but as there was no further contact I opened a NPB.
Anyway I received this message from her today - she has over 700 positive feedback - is she saying she will pay on monday? I do get the feeling she will pay eventually, maybe?!
How do I close a case if payment has not been received? I can close case on 5th August if she has not paid.

I always find my English speaking customers the most difficult to understand, sadly it's the British who are the worst culprits..0

mo = money order? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
I can pay for the item on Mo. or Di. (which are days of the week) - I guess Monday or Tuesday.
Montag, Dienstag.
Is the buyer German or might have learned English in a German environment? Placing the verb last also Germanic is.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -
Yes she is German.
I have never had problems with German buyers paying before. I could close the case tomorrow though - she would get 2 strikes...0 -
-I'd give her 'til tuesday evening to pay, then close it if she hasn't paid.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Owain is correct. She has also used an online translator, hence why it didn´t recognise the abbreviations for the days, and so left them unchanged.0
