I have got a carrier bag of videos for anyone trying to loose weight
these would be ideal for a middle aged woman as they are not upbeat or
fast. They are mainly Rosemary Conley and Jane Fonda.
To be gone by Monday or the charity shop will get them.

Read it and weep, the middle aged women amongst us.....knitting might be as much excitement/effort as is good for the old bodies......

I have one with all the things listed, they ain't having it though, these things cost a bomb and I'm bloody lucky to have it!

Really had my faith in freecycle restored yesterday, lady I posted the e-mail from came over yesterday and was so lovely - usually they get a bit scared of me due to being "alternative" but she was so excited by the colour of my hair! Even got an e-mail this morning thanking me for the item. It's nice when freecycle works out isn't it!

No PC is slowing up though so think it may need replacing in next few months - just don't have the funds.

off on a Short break on Friday - going to Holland - 3 nights.

Hoping to take in Rotterdam (staying at the Hilton there) , Delft - fantastic place had a day trip there last week and maybe the Hague.



Not been on much as work has been stressful to the point of nervous breakdown so been cabbaged when I get home and all weekend.

Good to be back , but work still a mess so might be a few months before normality returns (if it ever does)
