hi guys well back from my bike rally and burnt to a crisp to findf the guy who thanked my profusely stating he needed it asap hasnt collected it so i still got the bloody rocking horse am going to have to relist it now as ive deleted all the other replies for it

I hate it when they do that. Might be worth emailing the Mods - I think one posted on here once saying that they'd keep a note if anyone persistently bagged goods but didn't turn up to collect, so that they could have words with them off list

Offered: Bucket of Frogs

I have on offer a bucket of frogs (yes, seriously). We have
today cleaned out our pond ready to fill in and make child safe and
have about 8-10 frogs (full sized, normal garden type frogs) to be
rehomed. Our friends have already taken several but we do need to
urgently find a nice pond for the remainder. They don't seem too
happy about being in the bucket and my other half is getting sick of
standing in the pond in his undies rescuing them!

Hop to it but don't all jump at once!

Ohhhh that is so annoying when that happens. I recently had the opposite problem. My son was moving house at very short notice and desparately needed empty boxes. I put a wanted on freecycle and someone offered, not only to give me some cardboard boxes, but to even deliver them to my house. I was soooo hugely grateful as the only transport I own is a cycle.

The evening they were due to deliver the boxes came and went with no joy. I had already thanked everyone else who offered but told them I already had an offer (and deleted their emails). Our forum only allows you to put one wanted post on per week so I couldn't repost the request :rolleyes:
We ended up making do and carried stuff loose or in plastic bin liners

I've also got stuff sitting here that has been claimed and not collected. If anyone needs a small strobe light........:D

Sounds like she has a half cooked bun in the oven. and their chilled 18 month needs cooking soon
