3 seater setee and chair or 3 seater and 2 seater setee wanted as soon
as possible if any one has one going in next 2 weeks leather or dark
fabric please as i have 2 dogs so no creams!! please no cats as son has
fur allergy to cats and birds thanks in advance

If she's that desperate why be so choosy? (I'm surprised some of these don't come through as specific sofa names). If it was me I'd take anything that was offered and then take my time trying to find something more suitable (and Freecycle the originals of course :A )

Don't know about you, but if someone asks for something then you offer it to them and they don't want it, or even more annoyingly don't even reply (man I am getting so fed with people on freecycle not even bothering replying) then surely its better if they ask for what they really want.
No cats seems pretty obvious. They can't have it.

The cats thing is pretty obvious (and yes if you have allergies you don't want them exacerbating by bringing something into the house) - it was more the colour I was getting at. What's wrong with sitting on a cream (or beige or any light coloured that you've got for free) sofa?

:rotfl: we've only had them just over two weeks, still can't believe they are 10 years old.

Nothing, if you actually want it. I would like a new sofa myself, never had a new one before, but do I want a cream or light coloured one, do I heck and if I asked for one, which I wouldn't because I reckon the chances of getting one offered are really remote, I would get offered light ones, which I don't want, because of my cat and because I don't like them.

Do you see what I am saying, if you don't want it, don't ask for it. Which makes you taking the mickey out of this person asking for a sofa a bit silly.
