Trying to find £84 per month from JSA to top up your rent, or on part time or full time low wages, if that's where you end up, is going to be fairly impossible to manage and impossible if you ever lose your DLA.

You've presented a very optimistic picture about your income and expenses and you should consider an average and pessimistic scenario, too, rather than just assuming the risks of getting JSA or a low paid job will never be realised.

Most landlords won't accept tenants on benefits and are probably also highly resistent to teenage tenants so at least you've passed this hurdle if you are getting this far on in the process. I assume you've been offered this tenancy?

Download the MSE budget planner as this will help give you a structured approach to compiling a budget a bit more systematically than your rather breezy 'i have next to no toiletry/haircut/social/travel/clothing expenses'.

You should identify if the luxury of living in your own place from the off is affordable on low paid full time or part time employment where you will not be eligible for the extensive LHA and council tax rebates and can model if it is still all affordable on the Turn2us online benefit calculator, using the net National Minimum Wage income of £175 per week as a baseline for this.
