Hi,
I am after a bit of advice with regards to an item I bought from a eBay seller.
I won the auction for my item, a Nike+ Fuelband, which was advertised as "Unused, Unopened, Sealed, Brand new" and I received it in the post via next day delivery as advertised.
Upon opening the item it all looked brand new and unopened as expected but when connecting the Fuelband to my PC for setup I continually get an error message (error 52) and it is now unusable.
I have searched the internet for a solution but to no avail, I contacted Nike support via twitter who were unable to help saying I should return the item to the store I purchased it from. I found other people had had the problem with the Fuelband from new and fear it maybe a manufacturer issue.
I am yet to contact the seller about the products issue as I am unsure what grounds I have for a refund with it possibly being a manufacturer issue. Can I claim the item was not sold as advertised? or Have I got to rely on the good nature of the seller to provide a refund and sort the issue with the manufacturer themselves?
I'm lost as to what to do. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks. Adam.

runtime error, hardware error?
Picture or screenshot of the error?
Step by step what do you do and at what point do you get the error?
