Hoping someone can confirm if this is correct.
If you buy something online and it arrives faulty under SOGA are the company supposed to refund the return postage costs?
The company concerned also say they will on the website, but are now saying the item didn't have a hole even though after me emailing photos they admitted it was faulty.
Thanks in advance

Don't expect to get everything returned if you jump in the car drive 400 miles and deliver by hand. (Extreme I know but you get the jist).
Ask the seller their preferred method and use that, as long as it has tracking, you don't want it mysteriously disappearing.0 -

The key word being reasonable. It would undoubtedly be unreasonable to spend £60 to return goods rather than a fiver via alternate means.0 -
It was £6.50 return postage for a 75.00 bag, that wasn't tracked as they would not pay and assured me it wouldn't go missing.
They have the bag have taken 4 weeks to refund but will not pay the postage because they say nothing wrong with it, even though I have photos showing a hole.
The companys website return policy is that they will refund if an item is faulty.
I guess there is nothing I can do but post bad reviews on them.
Just think they are totally unprofessional and judging by other reviews not just me that has been ripped off .:mad:0
