I went to collect my set yesterday & there were no slippers included :( but it clearly states on the packaging
'Nightwear set including slippers. Please collect slippers from till point when purchasing'
So I asked for my slippers this caused a severe delay of confusion as they couldn't be found so was offered the £8.99 Ugg style ones but then the SA decided to check the original description & said he would find the item No. & get the correct ones....
He refunded my item & then looked at the item description on system (only set left) to obtain slippers detail. None.....
I should of been back at work by now so was getting tetchy. I was then resold the set.... then the Manager took over & rang HO & got the item No. for the slippers :T:T which is 812/6450 & reserved them for me to collect on friday :) I must bring in till receipt & reservation receipt to collect them.
Just looking at it now & the slippers are size 7 & the set is age 3-4 years. Are size 7 too small for a 3 year old?
    :)

My daughter is 4 in November and is in size 7 shoes and slippers

  • My 3 1/2 year old is in size 9...
I got a dressing gown set and was given the slipper boots retailing at £8.99 after waiting in-store for 10 minutes while they looked for some slippers... Not worth the hassle to be honest!

I too got the boot slippers. I was given the choice in sizes and went for the next size up for my 3 year old daughter - size 9.

Okay, Argos sent me out the slippers, size 7 to go with her age 2-3 PJs, which is okay right now... maybe get a month or so hehe

I went to collect her age 3-4, no slippers but they'd had someone else collect with the same issue so they were clued up... and out of stock of the slippers, so I now have to trail to another Argos to collect them... Gotta laugh!

Actually, after the email I sent to CS online, they were really good, and the staff in store couldn't have been more helpful... The whole slipper thing has just been such a mess for everyone lol!!!

rofl @ slippergate! It's been quite funny from start to end really, Argos really cocked up!

But... you know, without the slippers this was still a lovely deal as a pair of Peppa PJs alone will usually set us back about £7, and my terror was very made up with her PJs and dressing gown (and now slippers) so once again a huge thanks for telling us about it :D
