They have now removed any mention of the slippers from the website so I hope anyone who was going to get these has already got them!0

I would ring them up as you bought the items with slippers advertised and your receipt is proof.0 -
Lol I got my home delivery order today... guess what, no slippers! Called CS and they told me there was no slippers in the set... well of course there isn't as of today, but there was when I ordered!
They told me to go in to store to get it sorted out, which is entirely unacceptable really. Seven mile bus trip with two year old in tow just to have to argue this out with them, as they will have the same info with no slippers shown on the website.
Totally frustrating. Hav enow had to email CS on top of the cost of a phone call...
I also didn't receive another item in my order, was told I would be issued a refund but so far there is no sign (Paypal).
I can see a Paypal dispute happening *much eye rolling*...0 -

I didn't get slippers with mine, asked but they only had sizes 7 or 8 and I needed a 9 to go with the 3-4. Am taking mine back anyway as when I got the dressing gown out it looked awful.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160

I went to collect my set yesterday & there were no slippers includedbut it clearly states on the packaging
'Nightwear set including slippers. Please collect slippers from till point when purchasing'
So I asked for my slippers this caused a severe delay of confusion as they couldn't be found so was offered the £8.99 Ugg style ones but then the SA decided to check the original description & said he would find the item No. & get the correct ones....
He refunded my item & then looked at the item description on system (only set left) to obtain slippers detail. None.....
I should of been back at work by now so was getting tetchy. I was then resold the set.... then the Manager took over & rang HO & got the item No. for the slippers :T:T which is 812/6450 & reserved them for me to collect on fridayI must bring in till receipt & reservation receipt to collect them.
Just looking at it now & the slippers are size 7 & the set is age 3-4 years. Are size 7 too small for a 3 year old?

I was just going to update about my own slipper aggro, which involved CS ringing my OH following my grump by email with a promise to send the slippers only OH who has no understanding of children shoe sizes cannot recall what size he was told I would get... oh dear!
I thought a 3-4 year old could be anywhere from around a size 8 to a 10 over the year.
My daughter is aged 27 months and takes a size 7 now...so god knows what size they'll be sending for her!
Thanks for the item number, that might be useful to know0
