with the door card off look at bottom right of door, there should be a 10mm bolt head that holds up the window guide, look inside door and see if this is fixed tight [ the window guide], it might not be there, they are easy to forget to put back in when the door glass has been out before, and once the door cards back on someone may have thrown it away, ALSO check in bottom of door in case its there .
the glass has 2 pieces of metal bonded to it, there are two plastic ball joints that slide along this, or should be !0
