Family Summer Holiday Abroad but not too hot

Hi there
Just returned from our first holiday abroad diring the school holidays where we went to Majorca, Puerto Pollensa to be precise (having been there in June last year).
Great holiday but a bit too hot (35 to 40 C) and humid for us at times.
Thinking about next year we'd like to go somewhere in Europe that's a bit cooler (say low 30's max) that's family friendly and has nice braches and plenty for kids (who'll be 6 and 4 next year) to do.
Thanks in advance

Well I guess low 30's max could apply to Wales (just). The trouble is weather can be a bit unpredictable. South of France in May for instance, 25c one day 1c  the next.0 -
I think most Med places will be that temp in summer, maybe mid France?“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0

Bit of a heatwave in Mallorca over the last couple of weeks ~ generally July is in the high 20's/low 30's so Puerto Pollensa may be that temperature next year - who knows? Costa Brava does tend to be slightly cooler but there again you could hit a heat wave there - best to book a place/car with air con and just go inside to chill out.0

Northern France like Bordeaux, lot of great camp sites and caravans, try somewhere like Canvas holidays, lots of great ideas.0

The Canaries are usually in the high 20s mid summer0

I've been to Peurto Pollensa too, it was a lovely place. Try a little bit further north if you want it cooler, I hear Northern Spain is nice?0

Bulgaria? I am going next week, and chose it because it was cheap, and not too hot. I dont know what its like though, I haven't been before
