Terms and Conditions




By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. This prize draw is open to all users of www.policeoracle.com but excludes employees and family members of the NSI Group.
2. By entering the prize draw, the participants agree: to be bound by these terms and conditions; that their first name and region of residence may be released if they win a prize.
3. Entrants who submit a completed survey online by 5pm on 10th August 2012, indicate they wish to take part in the prize draw and provide a contact name, telephone number and email address will be entered into the prize draw automatically on submission of the survey. Surveys received after the specified closing date and time will not be considered. We will use entrants' personal details only for the purposes stated and in accordance with our privacy policy.
4. An entry will only be valid if the participant provides a contact name, telephone number and email address.
5. Only one entry will be permitted per person.
6. The winning entrants will be the first five correct entries drawn at random after the closing date and time.
7. The prizes are the iPad 2 WiFi 16GB in black, Kindle Touch ( Wifi only ), 8Gb Apple iPod Nano, Choice of £100 of Blackstones Police Books and Patrol Store kit consisting of Magnum Elite Force boots, Op Zulu Duty Police Kit Bag and Op Zulu Z5 Tactical Torch and pouch.
8. The prizes will be allocated in order of winners drawn as per the order in clause 7
9. There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
10. Our decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the prize draw will be entered into.
11. The winner will be notified by telephone or email within 5 working days of the close of the prize draw.
12. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in our opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of our control.
13. If the winner is unable to be contacted within one calendar month of the prize draw's closing date, we reserve the right to offer the prize to a runner-up selected at random.
14. Any prize awarded to someone under the age of 16 will require parental consent.
15. We exclude liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the prize draw or occurring to the winner(s) arising from his or her acceptance of the prize.

Is it? SarajevoSimmo is a regular poster on these forums, and has posted lots of surveys from various sites over the last few days - if you have proof let us know!

There was another post (that has now been removed) from a first time poster just after the OP. That post was promoting an ipad/timeshare scam (we see them quite frequently on here). I reported it as spam as did gdmoney and I assume one of the Mods agreed!:)
