Mr Hawkins had no crabs , you'll know who I mean if you know Hayle's best warehouse, but Newlyn did, double the price for half the size but needs must.
Nikkilala and Auntielala we thought of you as we drove post the Weymouth turn, used loads of vouchers at Mr T by the Heliport, 1 wouldn't scan supervisor was called he said put it through as non scanable, so pulled a few more out, no problems £42 spend down to £12.
I do love cornwall, but please get rid of the bloody rainyou haven't picked a very good week for it, the rain is driving me potty!

Question for the diplomatic amongst uswhich isnt me
I need to put something firmly but politely to a neighbour.
There is a hedge which goes right round our front garden as we are semi detached it borders the alleyway on one side a bit across the front & along the border with the neighbours garden.
This is the hedge I was clipping when I tried to chop the end off my finger.
Ignoring who owns the border/fence the fact is this hedge planted by the original owner in the 1930's is on our property it does grow into her garden.
Her "gardener" has today cut the side on her side & the top  its a bit straggly but only about 3ft or 4ft max , its not even straight I'm so annoyed :mad:also the little bit at the end of our garden facing the street.
I want to say that this is our hedge if it needs cutting I will cut it, if she wants to cut the side on her side I want her to speak to me first I dont want it cut when there is the chance of a frost or hacked to death etc, this "gardener" cuts her lawn in winter when its almost waterlogged with an electric mower  its only a pocket hankerchief garden FGS and she wouldnt know a weed if it slapped her in the face
Our neighbour has a straggly hedge that overhangs into our garden at times, and I looked into this when we moved in.......in your case, the neighbour has the right to cut back any of the hedge that is in her garden...this only applies to the top if it is overhanging in her garden...she cant just cut it because she doesnt like the height! Shes also required to come round with the clipings and offer it you to dispose of!
Obviously to keep nice friendly relations on the street, it wouldve been better for her to have come and asked you to cut it....but unfortunately she doesnt have to do this. If she requires access to your garden to trim it, she also needs your permission to access your garden/property.
