ooh does that mean 3 of my orders will get cancelled as i did not sign out between orders

Nah, wasn't saying anything about orders. Just that you can only register one card to an account. When you update your profile online, there's only space for one card number; they don't expect customers to have multiple cards - the 10% off for LYB doesn't stack with any other coded discounts anyway. So if you want to register more than 1 card, which is completely optional, they'd need separate accounts!

I got one of the Midnight Bakula gift sets, but it came with a ribbon on that DH says is the equivalent of saying Happy Easter in Arabic... do you think I can still give it as a Christmas prezzie!!??:rotfl::eek: Don't want to offend anyone either way!
I was wondering this myself. The gifts have Eid ribbons on them. Do they come off without damaging the box?
I was thinking of it as if they were Christmas sets you might not be able to make them unChristmassy, and this might be the same.
It seems a bit carpy if we can't make them plain.

It lppks like the ribbon just slides off :) Thanks to butterfly2001 on the other thread

I had a problem in that I didn't get a birthday email to take in for my gift for my second card, but went to another shop and they didn't need one ;)

That's right - never needed an e-mail for the birthday gift - they simply mark the card once you've collected it (in a similar way to the loyalty stamps), so that each card gets 1 gift.

Also, some SAs will happily award loyalty stamps for online orders if you show them an order confirmation e-mail and present your card! So with lots of online orders you could get an extra gift that way too!
