I have Family Tree Maker butI never use it, in fact i have several of those things on my computer, I use a free program which you can download from the Internet not sure if I'm allowed to post the link here will see if I still have your e-mail address, my pm box is nearly full again.

Still willing to help you look anything up if you want me to.

Thanks QPR but I really want to do this myself. I need to occupy my time lol. My family tree will be very complicated. I know there are are a few secrets to be uncovered, and I am now strong enough to know the truth. My parents are very secretive about our family. It has alot to do with me. Afree program would be great but I have a Mac, will that make a difference?

  • Remember guys, all those who have got their A levels results, there has been a confirmed 7% drop in applications (likely to be much higher) as Goverments lie.

Because this is the first full year of hellish fees, so dont panic I predict there will be a shift in that Universities will have many more places than before so once all the dust settles they may lower their min grades

Well done thats fantastic:T:T:T:T:TCan just imagine how you feel sooooo proud.

DS has got 2 A*'s and 2 A's so made his Durham offer :TAnd hes made the A'level offer for Cambridge but had to take 2 Steps exams for Cambridge and passed one but not the other so has been pooled by Cambridge and we'll know hopefully tomorrow if hes in:)Been the most emotional night ever and can't stop my eyes from watering;)Fingers crossed for tomorrow:)

I know Oxford and Cambridge are the ones every one wants but believe me Durham is a great University so whatever he gets he is a lucky boy!! My son went to Durham and he absolutely loved it.

morning all just read back last nights topics and must agree with some other member about CBB starting i.e 5 pages of discussion. My friends cannot understand how any one can go through out life not watching soaps and reality tv shows is there any one else like me. I suppose one of the reasons is that I do not watch much UK TV as my job requires me to spend many hours sitting in airplanes travelling the world and watching foreign t v in hotels . thats enough chatter hope everyone has a nice day I am now preparing for another trip
