I'm hoping they will let me pass it on to the "Make a Wish foundation" as I don't fancy sending my azz down in a Zorb:eek:
That sounds like fun - you are well strapped in too, so no real danger!
Make a Wish is just up the road from us, went for an interview there a few years ago - I thought I was perfect for the job (they did not :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:)What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
have a look at this thread where people are posting really cheap kindle book offers from Amazon and other places.
I must say redfox.... You are such a gem, your always happy to help and contribute to whatever or whoever that's in need.. I take my hat off to you..
I just wish HappyChappy was excused for his "daft" but harmless outbursts...

I did this with first set I did, i just added another receipt for the same day and shop and put items on. When I printed order form I just added a note on to explain. Must have sounded like I was really daftSPC 2015: #319 £10.65 / £500 Bulgaria tin0 -

unfortunately that situation is out of my control. It's the Forum Team that decide on things like that.0 -
The thing for me is that after a few years together, you start running out of ideas so my lazy side side buy a Kindle then if you run out of inspiration, buy Amazon gift vouchers to let OH buy books. Not very romantic but at least it will make a change from iTunes vouchers!
Will look into the Kobo as well but OH is a label freak so I'm guessing it's Kindle or nothingNo one can make you feel inferior without your consent ~ Eleanor Roosevelt0 -

You could say you're so sick of being overcharged and wasting your precious time at CS that you feel an in-store scanner would benefit both you and the staff who have to deal with your irate complaints EVERY time you visit
May have to try that one as we dont have any at ours either.0 -

Sent him off to fill car and 2 cans earlier. He paid for it and then told the cashier that he had PV!!!!
Too late they said, so he brought them home. He's on hols now for 3 weeks so isn't going to use it before they expire - I filled mine up (with PV) 2 days ago - so it's over to DD with her little teeny car - what a waste - wish I'd gone myself - he'd have saved £35+
i know exactly how you feel hun......but mine was more costly!!!
DH went to fill up my car yesterday using 5 fuel vouchers.....and put petrol in my car instead of diesel :mad:
after a blazing arguement on the forecourt, he insisted it would be fine as it was only £20 worth before he realised, then paid and filled up £50 of diesel!
It got home alright.......popped out today to As, engine management light came on, little power etc......so rang a misfuel company who kindly emptied my tank , flushed it out, and put £20 of diesel back in......and it cst me £130 :eek::eek:
so £200 for not even a quarter of a tank of diesel.....he is under strict instructions to not even sit in my car again let alone drive it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0
