He was unconscious through too much alcohol, his eyes were wide open his mates were worried so phoned an ambulance. They turned up an hour later :mad:and took him to hospital as a precaution. He was discharged a couple of hours later. The wife wasn't too happy having to go in at 3am( I was fast asleep )
I don't think he'll be drinking shots again in a hurry :rotfl: his brother was sensible turning down the shots and drinking bavaria at the BBQ before going up the pub

Some sites offer free things with them so shop around. Also, Tesco often do it with special offers. I got MY OH's from Tesco but this was in the £20 JTD voucher day so go it, er, cheap

I know he was talking months ago about one that allowed you to surf the internet but that's what phones and laptops are for. He's all into his gadgets and I'm worried I'll buy the wrong one because it doesn't have some feature or other on it but I don't want ripped off either just so he can keep up with his colleagues. I got 2 packs at £9.69 each in As last night and they compared so 6 cartridges for £9. You can also use these in the P&G olympic promotion so a whopping 80 points if 2 bought in As.
I've asked in the skipping club as well but can anyone recommend a Kindle for my OH? I've no idea what the different ones are all about or if you can buy them cheaper than the Amazon price. Thanks.
Personally, I swear by the 3G version - if there is no WIFI handy it will use the 3G network AND the big bonus for me is that you can use it to access the internet and check your emails etc for free when on holiday. I know lots of hotels now do have WIFI but you frequently have to pay a fee - with 3G access it doesn't cost a bean. Wouldn't be without it when I'm on holiday in Sri Lanka.ELITE 5:2

Yes, but surfing via phones/laptops etc usually costs you money, especially if you are abroad. A 3G Kindle is free to use for internet access.ELITE 5:2

I couldn't live without my dogs, I've had dogs all my life. There so loyal and loving. Well most of them are anyway
I have two cats now, I wouldn't have another dog while I'm on my own as for me it's more of a family pet.
Thanks for the other post hun xxxNo Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023
