Have you looked if anything is flashing on your boiler ?. When mine did this boiler wanted topping up had to ring council heating guys .

I was married to a plumber first time around and from what I remember this sounds like a problem with the header tank. I may be wrong though as I divorced him 33 years ago. Ha

Thanks both, as if by magic it's now back on, so lord knows what was going on?
The boiler doesn't have a display sadly. I did notice the water tank in the bedroom was gurgling away like mad but all is calm there now.

Not really, if you just input your receipt details on apg site and view the comparison results. You can choose to get your coupon anytime between 3 hours after your shop and up to 28 (or 30) days after the date on the receipt. If that makes sense?
