    I need kitchen roll, I'm in shock:eek::eek: Went into the garage to get some this afternoon and I've run out and its unheard of in this house to run out of anything and I got heaps when it was glitching ages ago at 88p for 6 rolls;)

    OMG O2 chat is soooooooooooooo useless, I'm getting responses that make no sense, it's like none of them (6 operatives now) can construct a sentence, I'm getting a load of words strung together that make no sense and then yes/no answers to an either/question or to an open one.

    I've therefore given up and have called customer services where someone actually seems to know what they're talking about and am on hold while they try to sort this out - argh!

    UPDATE - YESSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!! After allllllllllllll that I have the tariff change I wanted *does little dance* :D:D:D
