My kids 8 and 10 love the throw a six game! I think old style games are best as not many kids play them now - pass the parcel, spin the bottle, or if out in a park some kind of treasure hunt with clues
My son used to love the party games, I used to have a lucky dip prize for the winner and I used to make sure each child got a prize, I used to shred brightly coloured paper and put it into a bucket with small wrapped pressies.0 -
Rubbish whoopsies in the big Extra I went to tonight.....and the shop was deserted! SA said that even a Friday is quiet now.
Till wouldn't accept my SSM coupons for the car air fresheners and told me to take them to CS where they'd give me the money.
CS till said no too and I was told there was nothing they could do about it, even though the coupons were in date and I'd bought the exact product. (I had used the car mag ones too though, but I'd doubled up on the Ariel no problem)
So I got a refund on the car ones £12....so £4 profit
When I put the shopping a way I noticed that the whoopsied finest potato salad had a sell/use by date of yesterday
Is it worth an email, bearing in mind it's illegal to sell out of date food....what do you reckon? My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -

My son had chemo 3 years ago and was very sick for the first few days until they got the right combination of anti-sickness drugs for him. It may take a few days but different combinations work for different people and I'm sure it won't be long before Auntielala is feeling less nauseous. Each cycle of chemo got a little easier for him to cope with. Hope it's the same for your loved one.
xThis is normal after a chemo session, it knocks you for 6 and really takes it out of you, you have tablets for the sickness that can make you sick too!
I'm guessing she'll be having them in 3 weekly sessions....just as you start to feel better from one session, your onto the next one....she'll need a lot of rest but it will be worth it,
I'm sure you and master Lala with lift Nanny and auntielala's spirits at the weekend xx
Thanks everyone for your lovely comments I know nannylala will be reading them. She has got the anti sickness tabs and also been given injections so that she can phone up her GP if it gets too bad and he can come out and give them too her. She's on 16 weeks chemo and I think it's just that she's done so well with the initial surgery that this has knocked her sideways:( can't wait to see her and Nannylala on Friday:TBeware!!!! Is this a kid's game?
When we played it as teens it involved a trip to the cupboard with a member of the opposite sex!:cool::D
It's only a game
