Good evening everybody. I hope you have all enjoyed the sun and had a good day. Off whoopsie shopping. Might be back in 10 mins if there is nothing.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

:mad::mad: I should have got DTD on a phone set today (not my local) but the CS women removed the ticket:eek::mad: yes I didn't go with her my own fault:o but such a back hander move:mad::mad: demanded CCTV footage. But in the end I admitted defeat and got a refund.

Would that be a certain perfume, tomorrow? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I was extremely lucky to get a 100ml bottle the last time we flew out to India - OH had said that if we had any rupees left when our holiday had finished that i could get myself a bottle - surprise, surprise we had just enough rupees left when we arrived at the airport for food and drinks and a 100ml bottle of Flowerbombe perfume :j:j:j

Just had a price promise back from yesterday. It appears that St Remy Brandy (£15.00 in Tesco) is N/A in Asda, Sainsbury's and Morries, even though Asda are selling exactly the same bottle for £13.00 and Sainsbobs £17.36.

I have given it for a gift today, or I would have taken it back coz I am right off Tesco at the moment. grrrr

    hi all.

i went to the post office today as to pick up a letter today as the sender had underpaid by 9p. I was charged a pound handling fee. are the post office for real?? no wonder they are losing money.

when they upset their customers do they not undestand that this costs them more than 9p.

i just wanted to tell people how petty they are and to watch out when sending letters as the post office are carp.

Had the same this week and as I am housebound at the moment had to pay it online.

Turned out to be a birthday card from my cousin from two weeks ago. What p&$$es me off is you dont know what it is thats underpaid - it could be junk mail or something you're not expecting...

Is it the day of the flying Ants?? their are 100's here:eek::eek::eek::eek:

    Yep and here!
Off out for a meal to the Harvester for my twin sons 18th birthdays, there's around 30 family and friends going.
The Harvester rang up at lunch time and said they were short on steaks and a couple of other things, surely they should have ordered extra food in knowing over 30 people are turning up in the evening
I suppose it's better than my daughters 18th where they phoned us 2 hours before the meal saying there was a gas leak and they had to cancel , and could we go to another harvester

If they knew at lunch time, why didn't they sort it out and get some in...pish poor management...

hope you have a good night despite their balls up!!:)
