    Evening All

Spent 2 hours catching up as was lucky enough to be at the Olympic Park today. Me and DS went to watch handball this morning and I am knackered. We had to leave at 05.30 this morning and so much walking. DS is only 5 and seems to have coped much better then I have.
Great day apart from 1 hour queue just to get into the shop xx

Do you have to have tickets for events to enter the Olympic park or can you just wander around the park and not attend an event

Evening honeys, have you missed me? :D

Today I've been playing with bottles of scotch! :rotfl:

Also found the £1 boxes of bios tabs in asda so relieved them of 21 boxes.

Yes we missed you. You had a good time?

The honey looks lovely. Well swiped!

21 boxes??? That will keep you going:j:j

Oh, inna, inna! We need to talk! :) He'll also pay for you to go on holiday, eat out, have magazines delivered, service your car, have days out with your family, stay in nice hotels.... the possibilities are almost endless.

Seriously, hun, have a look in some detail at the rewards pages. ;) Travel, restaurant meals and days out tend to attract the best value (up to 4x the value of your CC points). Enjoy! :A

Much appreciated! I always try to get 4x value of my points, but honestly can't remember the last time i had to pay in a restaurant - luckily my PIL take us out and foot the bill.

When it comes to other stuff i'm a real scrooge, i think that it will cost me more money to do things like holidays and days out. i need to get out more and get a life! :rotfl:

let me know if there's a glitch on redeeming points :rotfl:

I have always been proud to be British, especially when we beat theh French!!!!!!!!!!!

Talk about sour grapes though, an excerpt from the Express today:

"The French have placed a question mark agains British success at the Olympics.

Isabella Gautheron, technical director of French cycling, said "Do they have a technology? A secret preparation? We have to do sports intelligence to know how they can be so strong".

But she stopped short of accusing the British of drug-taking, saying "They are monitored as much as us."

French TV and newspaper commentators also called into question the "outrageous" success of the British.

I have to wonder if this is sour grapes of the Tour De France, and it won't have helped that we beat them into silver in the track cycling today :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
